A tea master has reserved this tea for fifteen years. Every two years the tea is slow roasted adding to the total roasting time which at the end of the process totals 80 hours. The heat and the aging process are carefully controled to achieve the complex fruity taste and smoky palate. Aged Ti Kwan Yin Oolong comes from the Wuyi Mountain region in the Fujian Province and is named after the Goddess of Mercy and Compassion.
