Budding Flower, Chinese Green - TeaBar, 9 Blossoms
This showy tea is produced in the Fujian Province where the leaves are picked in early spring. The tea master hand ties a single, perfect globe amaranth over a single chrysanthemum and wraps the pair with green tea leaves freshly scented with jasmine. Budding Flower tea "blossoms" as it infuses, hence the name. Budding Flower tea has the combination of a sweet aroma and the fruity astringency of green tea.
