How to Change Your Order
We process orders very quickly. If you find that you have made an error in your order, please
notify us immediately by emailing us at the following email address. If your order has not yet
been processed, we may be able to change it. However, if the merchandise has already been
shipped, please send it back to us, in proper packaging to preserve it in its original condition.
Please advise us of any changes in your order by either sending us an email or enclosing a
note in the returned package.

Returns and Exchanges
If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise immediately
contact us by email. All returns should be shipped to the address below. No COD returns will
be accepted.

Return Policy:
Even when an order is properly shipped and arrives intact, products of Far West Trading
Company and TeaBar are returnable and will be fully reimbursed if returned in original,
unopened and new condition at the purchaser's expense. Purchaser must ship the return
within seven days of the date of receiving the merchandise with the advance approval of Far
West Trading Company and TeaBar. Approval may be obtained by email.
