Warehouse Location Policies
Payment:
• To keep our costs down, we cheerfully accept qualifying VISA and MasterCard.
• We also accept higher cost rewards cards (VISA and MasterCard) and AmEx.
• A (7) seven-day hold is placed on merchandise purchased by personal check; using your debit
bankcard will avoid this hold.
• We do not have cash on-hand, therefore we cannot make change.
Returns:
• A 20% furniture restocking fee will apply to returns made within 3 days of a full-price purchase.
o Returns are not accepted after 3 days.
• All discounted sales are “FINAL.”
o No returns are accepted on “SALE” items.
• Our measurements are approximate and are offered as a courtesy. Especially with over-
sized pieces, we strongly encourage the measurement of furniture prior to purchase to ensure
smooth delivery and a good fit into your home.
o Delivery fees and restocking fees, when appropriate, will apply when delivery is refused,
o No returns are accepted on “SALE” or discounted items.
Holds:
• Because of the nature of our business we cannot place items “on hold.”
• We will accept phone orders during regular business hours only.
Delivery:
• Local delivery is available. Generally the cost is $90 payable in cash at the time of delivery. Over-
sized items and difficult deliveries may require an additional fee.
o Local delivery is defined as drive time less than 30 minutes from our warehouse.
• Deliveries made beyond our local area will be quoted prior to delivery.
• We cannot “guarantee” authenticity in part, or in whole.
